No. You provide and maintain a compatible internet connection. AK Aurora manages the guest-access experience that runs on it.
Can I offer free access instead of charging?
Yes. Free, voucher, complimentary, room-included, manual, and paid access can coexist.
Can guests move between access points?
Yes, when the property uses bridged access points behind one managed gateway. Seamless access across separate captive gateways is not currently represented as supported.
Does AK Aurora manage my office network and computers?
No. Staff computers, POS systems, printers, cameras, unrelated IoT, and general IT help desk work remain outside the current service.
Who chooses the retail price for guest passes?
The property does. AK Aurora provides editable templates and enforces a $4.99 minimum for online paid plans during this release.
What does a paid transaction show?
Reporting separates gross sales, refunds, actual processor fees, the 10% AK Aurora platform fee, and property proceeds.
